Testimonials

Bridget brought exemplary professionalism to her work with AFCY. She is an excellent facilitator, and we hope to be able to work with her again in forthcoming education programming as part of the AFCY Arts Educators Institute.

I thought the workshop was well presented[,] fun and soul searching. It was clear and to the point. Thank you for the great ideas!

[I] loved the facilitator – how she presented, exercises, the handouts. I learned a lot. [The workshop] exceeded my expectations. [I also] loved working and brainstorming with other educators of different disciplines.

Bridget sent me questions about my work and then took my answers and spun them into a wonderful artist statement. She captured the nuances that I wanted to emphasize and said it all so eloquently. Everything was clear and beautifully said. Bridget makes my life as an artist so much easier.

Working with Bridget was great! She worked quickly and precisely within my deadlines, and gave my documents the clarity and coherence needed for grad school applications.

Bridget Indelicato's copy editing work impressed me on multiple levels for the different projects she helped me with – particularly grant applications, artist statements and CVs. She had a keen sense for what I was thinking about and what I needed to communicate even when I was not able to fully articulate my thoughts. She was an excellent listener and brought many effective design and typographical considerations to my attention. She also worked in a very timely manner and had everything finished far before my deadlines. I recommend Bridget unequivocally and would hire her again in a heartbeat.
- Robin, artist and educator, Red Deer, Alberta
UPDATE! Robin's grant application for The Alberta Creative Development Initiative through the Canada Council for the Arts in 2008 was approved and he will be receiving 100% of his requested funding to produce his project in 2009.

Bridget copy edited my statement of interest for a scholarship application. Because English is my second language, I needed to have my text professionally copy edited to allow me to present my own words and thoughts at their best. Editor B’s services were timely, affordable and extremely professional.
